First, the performance of materials, components testing
1. Before curtain wall installation, the tensile force of the rear embedded parts (anchors) should be sampled on site.
2. Silicone building (weather resistant) sealant should be tested for compatibility with its contact materials before use.
3. Silicone structural sealant should be tested for compatibility and peel bonding with its contact material before use, and should be retested for Shore hardness and standard state tensile bonding properties. The imported silicone structural seal shall have commodity inspection report.
4. The two-component silicone structural sealant is composed of two components, the base agent and the curing agent, and the mixing (butterfly) test and the breaking (glue cup) test should be carried out before use to test the mixing degree of the structural adhesive and the mix ratio of the two components of the structural adhesive respectively.
5. The processed hidden frame and semi-hidden frame glass plate are randomly selected by 1% for stripping test to check the curing degree of structural adhesive and the bonding strength of structural adhesive and aluminum ore.
6. During the installation of the whole glass curtain wall, the levelness and verticality of the panel and glass ribs should be checked and adjusted at any time. Seven. Aluminum-plastic composite panels should be tested for peeling strength.
8. Stone panel bending strength, radioactivity, frost resistance detection. Strength detection of structural adhesive used for stone curtain wall and pollution detection of sealant.
9. In addition to the materials retested according to the general curtain wall requirements, the following properties of the following materials should also be retested: the heat transfer coefficient of the curtain wall glass, the shading coefficient, the visible light transmission ratio, the dew point of the insulating glass, the thickness, density, thermal conductivity, combustion performance, compressive strength, the tensile strength and shear strength of the thermal insulation profile.
Second, the glass curtain wall testing is divided into laboratory inspection and on-site glass curtain wall reliability testing
1, in the glass curtain wall laboratory inspection will encounter the following problems:
(1) The problem of air tightness detection of glass curtain wall. The air tightness performance of the glass curtain wall is related to the thermal insulation and energy saving efficiency of the curtain wall. The air tightness test of the glass curtain wall can find the problems existing in the curtain wall design and installation process, and improve the air tightness index of the curtain wall through solving the problems, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal insulation and energy saving.
(2) Common problems of water tightness testing of glass curtain wall. The occurrence of rain leakage is a common functional failure form in the use of glass curtain wall. The factors that cause rainwater leakage include the presence of cracks or holes on the specimen surface, the presence of used rainwater and the existence of pressure difference between the inside and outside of the specimen. Laboratory testing is convenient to find the reasons for rain leakage of curtain wall specimens, and then take measures to adjust the design and construction scheme, so that the test index of watertight performance of the specimens can meet the design requirements. (3) Common problems of curtain wall wind pressure detection. At present, the wind pressure resistance design of curtain wall is mostly based on the relevant design specifications and calculation software. With the continuous improvement of the relevant standards of curtain wall maintenance companies and the gradual maturity of the calculation software, the test pieces can generally meet the design requirements when they are tested against wind pressure.
2. On-site reliability test and evaluation of curtain wall include:
(1) Testing of glass curtain wall materials;
(2) Checking calculation of structural bearing capacity of glass curtain wall;
(3) Detection of glass curtain wall structure and structure.
Third, under what circumstances do you need to do glass curtain wall testing? There are mainly the following cases
1. Not in accordance with the glass curtain wall specifications design, construction and acceptance;
2. Engineering and technical data and quality assurance data are not complete;
3. Before the glass curtain wall project resumes;
4. When the curtain wall is damaged after earthquake, fire, or strong wind attack, the curtain wall is repaired in time;
5. The curtain wall glass is broken, the opening part falls or the component is damaged;
6. Quality problems were found during the use of the glass curtain wall, and the owner requested an assessment.
